Our General Policies
1. ALL riders must have a current membership
2. Please note the Magrath Ag Society is moving to a PREPAID Format

Prior to using the facility the renter needs to pay for their rental in full via e-transfer or placing payment in the drop box
-
Please include a description of any payment being made (Time/Date)

Drop Box located under announcer stand in the arena
3. Cancellation Policy:
-
Any cancellation of rentals, including any cancellation due to weather, needs to be reported

24 hours or greater, no fee required
-
Cancelling any rental is the responsibility of the renter
4. NO Dogs are allowed in either arena unless it is rented.
- All dogs on Ag Society grounds must be on a leash or tied up at your truck/trailer at all times.
5. Arena Manager reserves the right to ask anyone to leave who is not following the rules
6. Indoor/Outdoor arena must be rented for use
7. Use of any animals other than horses requires the area to be rented (Indoor or Outdoor Arena)
8. No sick animals permitted
9. All membership forms and boarding contracts need to be completed prior to use. All forms are available on the Rental Rates page
10. The member renting the arena is responsible for the full payment. Sharing arena costs is the responsibility of the renter
11. Your Rental time includes any setup or take down so please plan accordingly
